I’ve savored paella in Valencia, pho in Hanoi, and tagine in Marrakech. I’ve stood in bustling markets watching local cooks work, asked home chefs about the recipes passed down through generations, and learned that great cooking is about more than technique, it’s about story, culture, and patience.
