Description

This Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower recipe delivers crispy, golden florets with a tender bite using minimal oil. It’s the perfect healthy side dish or snack that’s easy, flavorful, and fast to make in under 15 minutes. Great for weeknight dinners, vegetarian meals, or meal prep!

Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Cut your cauliflower into uniform florets. Rinse and dry them well.

2. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

4. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

5. Serve immediately while crisp, with a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Make sure cauliflower is completely dry before air frying for maximum crispiness.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow even air circulation.

You can add a squeeze of lemon or dipping sauce like garlic aioli for extra flavor.
