Description

These Antipasto Skewers Appetizer are the perfect no-cook party bite, combining savory meats, creamy cheese, and marinated veggies on a stick. Great for holidays, BBQs, and snack boards, they’re quick, customizable, and crowd-pleasing.


Ingredients

12 slices salami

12 cubes mozzarella or provolone cheese

12 cherry tomatoes

12 Kalamata or green olives

6 marinated artichoke hearts, quartered

6 strips roasted red peppers, cut into chunks

12 fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)

12 small wooden skewers


Instructions

1. Cut cheese and large vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry marinated items to avoid sogginess.

2. Rinse and dry cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

3. Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating for color and texture. Example order: tomato, basil, cheese, salami, olive, pepper, artichoke.

4. Arrange completed skewers on a serving platter.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving, if using.

7. Serve cold or at room temperature after a short rest for best flavor.
