Description

Baked Cottage Cheese Chips are the ultimate healthy snack—high-protein, low-carb, and made with just cottage cheese and simple seasonings. Perfect for dipping or munching solo, this oven-baked snack is a crunchy, savory alternative to traditional chips. Learn how to make these easy homemade cheese crisps in your own kitchen!

Ingredients

½ cup cottage cheese

⅛ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika

Pinch black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Use a small spoon to scoop mounds of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing them apart.

3. Flatten the mounds slightly with the back of a spoon to form chip-like shapes.

4. Sprinkle each with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.

5. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and crisp around the edges.

6. Remove from oven and let cool on the sheet for 5–10 minutes to firm up further.

7. Gently peel off and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Let the chips cool fully on the pan for maximum crispiness.

You can experiment with flavors—try Italian seasoning or ranch mix.

If your cottage cheese is very wet, strain it slightly before scooping.
