Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds, keeping thickness even.

2. Place slices in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.

3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until all slices are evenly seasoned.

4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange slices in a single layer.
