Description

Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate creamy comfort food dinner made with tender rotini, seasoned ground beef, and a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. This easy one-pan pasta recipe is perfect for weeknights and family meals. Keywords: beef and rotini, garlic Parmesan pasta, creamy beef pasta, easy dinner, one-pan meal.

Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini until just al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Pour in beef broth to deglaze the pan. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.

5. Return beef to the skillet. Add cooked rotini and toss everything together. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and flavor.

Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra depth.

Don’t skip the pasta water—it helps emulsify and stretch the sauce.
