Description

Ingredients

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 beef bouillon cube

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 cups hot water

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add flour and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes until light golden and toasty.

3. Crumble in beef and chicken bouillon cubes and add onion powder. Stir until combined.

4. Slowly whisk in hot water, continuing to stir until smooth.
