Description

This creamy Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip) is the ultimate party appetizer made with sour cream, Rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, ranch mix, and cheddar cheese. A quick and easy no-bake dip perfect for summer snacks, tailgates, or any gathering.


Ingredients

1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken (optional)


Instructions

1. Drain the Rotel tomatoes well to remove excess liquid.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

3. Fold in the drained tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

4. If using meat, stir it in now.

5. For best flavor, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables and enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be served immediately, but chilling enhances flavor.

Use mild or hot Rotel depending on spice preference.
