Description

Ingredients

1 lb bowtie pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and coat with Cajun seasoning.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until fully cooked and golden. Remove from pan and set aside.

4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.

5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Return pasta and chicken to the pan. Toss gently to coat with the creamy sauce and heat through.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Use freshly shredded cheese for the smoothest sauce.
