Ingredients
1 cup shredded chicken
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
4 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter or oil (for cooking)

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well combined.
2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the buffalo chicken mixture over one half of each.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
4. Fold each tortilla over to form a half-moon shape.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
6. Place the quesadillas in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
7. Remove from heat, let rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges and serve.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a simple side salad.
