Description

This Burrata Bruschettas recipe features creamy burrata cheese, marinated cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on toasted bread. Ingredients

12 slices baguette or ciabatta

8 oz burrata cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 handful fresh basil leaves

3 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp cracked black pepper


Instructions

1. Slice the baguette or ciabatta into thick slices. Brush each side with olive oil and grill or broil until golden and crisp.

2. While still warm, rub one side of each toasted slice with a peeled garlic clove.

3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Tear the burrata gently into pieces. Place a portion on each toasted bread slice.

5. Spoon the marinated tomatoes on top, allowing juices to mix with the cheese.

6. Top each bruschetta with fresh basil leaves.

7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

8. Sprinkle with a final touch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use the freshest burrata you can find for maximum creaminess.

Toast the bread just before serving to maintain crunch.
