Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
10 oz cheese tortellini
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, lower heat and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning to garlic butter. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
6. Add tortellini to the sauce and mix well. Return the steak to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
7. Heat everything through for another minute or two and serve hot, garnished with more Parmesan and black pepper.
