Ingredients
1 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter

1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Extra whipped cream for topping

Instructions
1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies and mix with melted butter until combined.
2. Press cookie mixture into the bottom of each parfait glass to create a base layer.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until creamy.
5. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
6. Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling over the cookie base in each glass.
7. Sprinkle a layer of crushed candy canes over the filling.
8. Repeat the layering if using tall glasses.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
10. Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and more crushed candy cane.
