Candy Cane Fudge Snowballs are an easy no-bake holiday treat made with white chocolate, condensed milk, and crushed candy canes. Perfect for Christmas cookie trays and edible gifts, these peppermint fudge snowballs are sweet, festive, and freezer-friendly.
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed candy canes
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and crushed candy canes. Let cool slightly.
3. Once firm enough to handle, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
5. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 10 days or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Make sure to crush the candy canes finely to avoid sharp chunks.
Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized snowballs.
Chilling the mixture before rolling makes shaping easier.
