Description

Catch a Husband Cake is a creamy Brazilian dessert known for its rich, custard-like texture and irresistible layers. Made with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and vanilla, this easy cake bakes into three dreamy layers. It’s the perfect sweet treat for special occasions or everyday indulgence. Keywords: catch a husband cake, Brazilian dessert, easy coconut custard cake, creamy layered cake, sweetened condensed milk dessert.

Ingredients

400 ml sweetened condensed milk

350 ml evaporated milk

200 ml whole milk

4 large eggs

1 cup grated coconut

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons butter (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round or bundt cake pan with butter and flour.

2. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, eggs, grated coconut, flour, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.

5. Cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Let it cool completely to set.

6. Slice and serve as-is, or with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

Let the cake cool completely before slicing to allow the layers to set.

Use high-quality canned coconut for the best flavor and texture.

This cake tastes even better the next day after chilling overnight.
