Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken

3 cups cooked rice

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

4. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is melted and golden.

6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole freezes beautifully. Let it cool fully before wrapping and freezing.
