Ingredients
227 g rotini pasta
450 g ground beef
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using. Drain excess fat.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring constantly.
4. Return pasta to the skillet, add cooked ground beef, and stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Mix until cheese is melted and everything is coated.
5. Serve hot. Garnish with extra parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.
