Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken

8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

8 oz cream cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk or half and half

1/4 cup diced green chilies (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook and crumble the bacon, shred the chicken, and cube the Velveeta cheese.

2. Add all ingredients to a large saucepan or slow cooker.

3. Cook over medium heat (or low in slow cooker) until the cheese melts and everything combines.

4. Stir frequently to ensure smoothness.

5. Once bubbling and creamy, remove from heat or switch slow cooker to warm.

6. Serve hot, garnished with extra bacon bits or green onions if desired.
