Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 small onion, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
0.5 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, spices, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
2. Form the mixture into 16 small oval or round koftas.
3. Pan-fry the koftas in oil or bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, olive oil, and salt.
5. Arrange the koftas on a serving plate and drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce.
6. Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of paprika and serve immediately.
