Description

This Chicken Smothered in Cheesy Alfredo Three-Cheese Spaghetti Sauce recipe is the ultimate comfort food. Made with tender chicken breasts, creamy Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese, it’s a rich and easy weeknight dinner idea. Perfect for fans of creamy chicken pasta, this recipe is quick, family-friendly, and absolutely indulgent.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups store-bought Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces cooked spaghetti noodles

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in Alfredo sauce and reduce heat to low.

5. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Mix until cheeses melt and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it. Simmer together for 5 minutes.

7. Serve chicken over cooked spaghetti and spoon extra sauce on top. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish is best served immediately while the sauce is hot and melty.

If reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to restore the sauce’s consistency.

Use freshly shredded cheese for the smoothest sauce and best flavor.
