Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 box (6 oz) chicken or herb stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth (warm)
4 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with warm chicken broth. Let it sit to absorb.
6. Fluff the stuffing with a fork and layer it over the chicken mixture.
7. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the stuffing.
8. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly around the edges.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
