Ingredients
200g spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

300g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water, then drain.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red chili flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the prawns. Add a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir well to coat.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta, add parsley, and mix again.
6. Serve immediately with extra chili flakes or olive oil if desired.
Notes
Use fresh prawns for best flavor but frozen prawns work fine too.
Don’t overcook the garlic to prevent bitterness.
Adjust chili flakes to your spice preference.
