Description

A rich and creamy no-bake Chocolate Cherry Cream Pie made with a chocolate cookie crust, smooth chocolate cream filling, and sweet cherry topping. The perfect easy dessert for holidays, summer gatherings, or chocolate lovers. Includes whipped cream, cream cheese, and cherry pie filling for a dreamy finish.


Ingredients

2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies

5 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping

1 can cherry pie filling (21 oz)


Instructions

1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with rolling pin.

2. Mix crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.

3. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. In a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Let cool slightly.

5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.

6. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture until fully blended.

7. Fold whipped topping gently into the mixture to keep it airy.

8. Pour the filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.

9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.

10. Before serving, top with cherry pie filling and spread evenly.

11. Slice with a warm knife and serve chilled.

Notes

This pie is best served very cold for clean slices.

You can use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought.

Top with chocolate shavings or almond slivers for extra flair.
