Description

This Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Domes recipe combines rich dark chocolate, a smooth no-bake cheesecake mousse, and a fresh raspberry center for an elegant dessert. Perfect for parties, holidays, or special occasions, these chocolate domes are make-ahead, freezer-friendly, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

150 g dark chocolate (at least 60%)

200 g cream cheese

150 ml heavy cream

50 g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 fresh raspberries

6 small chocolate cake or cookie discs

1 tsp gelatin (optional)

Instructions

1. Melt the dark chocolate and coat silicone dome molds with a thin layer using the back of a spoon or pastry brush. Freeze until set, then apply a second layer. Let shells freeze completely.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for a better snap and shine.

Let the domes thaw in the fridge, not at room temp, to prevent sweating.

You can swap raspberries for strawberries or cherries for a twist.
