Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup black olives, chopped
½ cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and taco seasoning until smooth.
2. Stir in chopped green onions and half of the olives. Mix thoroughly.
3. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and form it into a wreath shape. Use plastic wrap if needed to mold evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
5. Before serving, top with remaining olives, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
