Description

These Cinnamon Tortilla Chips are a quick and easy dessert made with flour tortillas, butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Perfect for snacking or dipping, they bake up crispy and golden in under 15 minutes. Great for sweet cravings, fruit salsa pairings, and party platters!

Ingredients

6 flour tortillas

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut each tortilla into 6 to 8 wedges using a knife or pizza cutter.

3. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon until well mixed.

4. Brush both sides of each tortilla piece with melted butter.

5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over both sides generously.

6. Arrange chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These chips crisp up more as they cool, so don’t overbake.

You can swap granulated sugar for coconut sugar for a twist.

Add a drizzle of honey or chocolate after baking for extra indulgence.
