Ingredients
2 hearts romaine lettuce
2 grilled chicken breasts
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
1 cup homemade croutons
⅓ cup Caesar dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cube crusty bread, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
3. Chop and wash romaine lettuce. Place in a large bowl.
4. Add sliced chicken, croutons, Parmesan, and black pepper to the bowl.
5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Squeeze lemon juice on top just before serving and enjoy.
