Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

2. Stir in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 1 minute to develop flavor.
