Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
8 oz dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 sandwich cookies roughly chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
3. Whisk in the sugar until fully combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract until the mixture becomes glossy.
6. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gently fold until combined.
7. Fold in the chopped cookies, reserving a few pieces for the top.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
