Description

This Copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a restaurant-style dinner you can make at home! Juicy grilled chicken topped with creamy ranch, melted provolone, and a crispy parmesan crust. A quick and indulgent dish that’s easy to prepare and full of bold flavor.


Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 tablespoons ranch dressing

4 slices provolone cheese

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

3. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Spread ranch dressing over each piece.

4. Top with a slice of provolone and generous shredded parmesan.

5. Broil for 2–4 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

Freshly shredded cheese melts better and gives a golden crust.
