Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup salsa
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
4 cups sturdy tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
3. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is softened.
4. Stir in taco seasoning and mix until beef is well coated.
5. Add salsa, black beans, and frozen corn. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half the tortilla chips.
7. Spoon half the beef mixture over chips, then sprinkle with half the cheese.
8. Repeat with remaining chips, beef mixture, and top with cheese.
9. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then top with sour cream and green onions before serving.

Use thick tortilla chips so they don’t get soggy.
