This Cranberry Brie Bombs recipe is the ultimate holiday appetizer with flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and tangy cranberry sauce. A festive crowd-pleaser perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year gatherings.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz brie cheese
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg
1 tsp fresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions
1. Unfold the thawed puff pastry onto a floured surface and roll it gently to remove creases. Cut into 3-inch squares.
2. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and optional rosemary.
3. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
4. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops for a golden finish.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These are best served warm from the oven.
You can assemble them ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Use different fruit preserves like fig or apricot for variety.
