Description

These Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites are a quick and elegant appetizer made with buttery puff pastry, creamy brie, and tangy cranberry sauce. Perfect for the holidays, party trays, or casual entertaining, these bites come together in minutes and deliver incredible flavor. Great for festive gatherings, Thanksgiving, or Christmas parties.


Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

6 oz brie cheese

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (optional)

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

2 teaspoons honey (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 24 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin tin.

3. Cut brie into 1-inch cubes and place one cube into the center of each puff pastry square.

4. Top each with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Be careful not to overfill.

5. Optionally add a small sprig of rosemary, some chopped pecans, or a light drizzle of honey.

6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden and puffed.

7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Use all-butter puff pastry for the flakiest texture.

Don’t overfill with cranberry sauce to avoid spillage.
