Description

This Cranberry White Chocolate Tart combines buttery crust, creamy white chocolate ganache, and a vibrant cranberry topping for the perfect winter dessert. Ideal for holiday gatherings or make-ahead treats. Keywords: cranberry tart, white chocolate ganache tart, holiday dessert.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

3. Press the mixture into a tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.

4. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just beginning to simmer.

5. Pour cream over white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.

6. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour ganache into the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

7. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and begin to break down.

8. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened. Let cool slightly.

9. Spoon cranberry topping over the set ganache. Spread gently to cover.

10. Chill until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy cold.

Notes

This tart is best served chilled for clean slices.

Use a tart pan with a removable bottom for easiest serving.
