Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz spaghetti noodles
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and top with cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel.
2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
5. Break spaghetti noodles in half and add to the crockpot.
6. Pour in chicken broth and mix to coat the noodles evenly.
7. Cover and cook for another 20–30 minutes on high until noodles are tender.
8. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt completely before serving.
