Description

Creamy Garlic Butter Beef Bowtie Pasta with Italian Sausage & Spinach is the ultimate comfort food pasta. This easy 30-minute recipe features garlic butter sauce, heavy cream, Italian sausage, spinach, and Parmesan for a rich and satisfying weeknight dinner. Perfect for family meals and quick creamy pasta cravings.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)

3 cups fresh spinach

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Break apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess grease and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir constantly. Bring to a low simmer and stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

5. Return the cooked meats to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well combined.

6. Fold in the spinach and stir until just wilted. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use a mix of spicy and sweet sausage for a balanced flavor.

Add a splash of cream or milk when reheating to loosen the sauce.

Fresh garlic makes a difference—avoid jarred garlic if possible.
