Description
A creamy garlic parmesan chicken with cheesy linguine recipe that’s easy, indulgent, and perfect for weeknights or special dinners. This comforting chicken pasta dish combines tender chicken, a creamy parmesan sauce, and cheesy linguine for an unforgettable meal.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
8 ounces linguine
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add grated parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Add the cooked linguine and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
5. Sprinkle with more parmesan and freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor and creamy texture.
Don’t overcook the garlic, as it can turn bitter — sauté just until fragrant.
Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating leftovers to keep the sauce creamy.
