Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces penne pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
