Ingredients

1 pound rotini pasta

1.5 pounds chicken breast, diced

1.5 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
