Description

These crispy cotton candy cheesecake bombs are a whimsical dessert featuring creamy cheesecake wrapped in sweet cotton candy, encased in puff pastry, and fried to golden perfection. Ingredients

115 g cream cheese

60 g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup cotton candy

6 puff pastry squares or wonton wrappers

2 cups vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill the mixture for at least 15 minutes.

2. Scoop a small ball of the chilled cheesecake mixture and quickly wrap it in a fluffy layer of cotton candy.

3. Place the wrapped ball onto a puff pastry square or wonton wrapper and fold tightly, sealing the edges with water.

4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bombs until golden brown, turning as needed.

5. Drain on paper towels, let cool slightly, and serve warm with optional powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle.
