Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or grease it lightly.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
4. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
