Ingredients
1.5 pounds chicken breasts

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for searing)

Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
2. Optional: Sear the chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil for extra flavor.
3. Place chicken, garlic, bell peppers, and chicken broth in the crock pot.
