Ingredients

20 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth

2 large eggs

4 slices crusty bread

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh thyme or parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Peel and gently smash the garlic cloves.
