Description

This Dreamy Creamy Tuscan Ravioli is the ultimate comfort food dinner made with cheese ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a rich parmesan cream sauce. This easy one-pan meal is perfect for weeknights and packed with classic Tuscan flavors.


Ingredients

9 oz cheese ravioli

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

2. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Let it gently bubble for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.

3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and add to the sauce.

5. Stir gently to coat the ravioli in the creamy sauce.

6. Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Serve warm with extra parmesan if desired.

Notes

Always cook the ravioli just until tender to avoid breakage.

Use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for the best flavor and texture.

Add grilled chicken or shrimp if you want a protein boost.
