These Easy Baked Chicken Wings come out irresistibly crispy with no deep frying needed! Perfect for parties, game day, or weeknight dinners, they’re seasoned to perfection and baked to golden brown. A healthy chicken appetizer, crowd-pleasing snack, and customizable favorite everyone will crave.

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and place a wire rack over a baking sheet.

2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels until very dry.

3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack without touching.

5. Bake for 25 minutes, flip the wings, and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

6. Serve hot as-is or toss in your favorite wing sauce.

7. If sauced, return to the oven for 5 more minutes to let flavors set.

Notes

Let wings cool fully before storing.

Reheat in oven or air fryer to restore crisp.

Use baking powder, not baking soda, for best texture.
