Description

This Easy Baked Ravioli Casserole is a comforting, no-boil pasta dinner layered with cheese-stuffed ravioli, rich marinara, and gooey mozzarella. A perfect weeknight meal that’s freezer-friendly, family-approved, and easy to customize.


Ingredients

2 pounds cheese ravioli (frozen or fresh)

3 cups marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of the dish.

3. Arrange a layer of ravioli over the sauce, then top with more marinara and a handful of shredded mozzarella.

4. Continue layering until all ravioli and sauce are used, ending with a final layer of sauce and topping it with mozzarella and Parmesan.

5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top layer.

6. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

7. Remove foil and continue baking for 10-15 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with basil or parsley if desired.

Notes

Use frozen ravioli straight from the freezer, no thawing needed.

Make ahead by assembling the casserole and freezing before baking.
