Description

These Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy, and drizzled with a simple vanilla glaze — the perfect no-yeast cinnamon rolls made with Bisquick for quick breakfasts or cozy brunches. Quick, delicious, and kid-friendly, they come together in under 30 minutes with minimal effort.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Bisquick mix

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons butter, softened

⅓ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ cup powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 to 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, ½ cup milk, and granulated sugar until a soft dough forms. Add a little more Bisquick if dough is too sticky.

2. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.

3. Roll out the dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface.

4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.

5. Roll the dough from the long edge into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch pieces.

6. Place rolls cut-side up into a greased baking dish.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden.

8. Meanwhile, whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk into a glaze.

9. Let rolls cool slightly and drizzle glaze over the top. Serve warm.

Notes

These rolls are best eaten fresh but can be reheated easily.

Use whole milk for a richer glaze and softer dough.

Add chopped nuts or raisins for a twist.
