1 tsp garlic powder
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally or use pre-sliced cutlets; pound to even thickness if needed.
2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, one with breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixed.
4. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Press to adhere.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cutlets 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
6. Rest on paper towels or a wire rack for a couple minutes before serving.
