Description

Easy Cranberry Orange Fudge is a no-bake holiday dessert made with creamy white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, dried cranberries, and fresh orange zest. This easy fudge recipe is the perfect sweet treat for Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any time you crave a citrusy, festive bite.

Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup dried cranberries

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and orange zest until fully combined.

3. Fold in the dried cranberries gently, ensuring even distribution.

4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan and spread evenly.

5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

6. Once set, lift from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.

Notes

Make sure to keep the heat low to avoid burning the chocolate.

You can add chopped pistachios or pecans for extra crunch.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
