Description

This Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites Recipe with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is a creamy, spicy, and flavor-packed dinner made with seared chicken, buttery garlic, and rich Cajun Alfredo sauce. Perfect for weeknight meals, this chicken pasta combo is quick, satisfying, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

10 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and scrape the pan to deglaze. Stir in Parmesan cheese and more Cajun seasoning if desired. Simmer until sauce thickens.

5. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and add pasta to the sauce. Toss until coated.

6. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Let everything cook together for 2–3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

This recipe is best served fresh but makes excellent leftovers for lunch the next day.

Add extra Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon juice on top to brighten the flavor.

Try swapping in shrimp or sausage for a different twist.
